Apartment homes and 55+ living are planned for the first phase of Hershey West End, meaning folks can walk to the village center or even to work on tree-lined streets defined by porches, stoops, balconies and terraces.
What WE have planned:
Designed as a traditional neighborhood, the fronts of the buildings will interact with the public realm, while back-of-house services such as parking will be out of public view. Careful siting of homes will create small public front yards, with private gardens and yards in the rear.
